Forte Bank Premier

[ task ]

Professional interior photography of the redesigned Forte Bank Premier VIP branch for premium editorials, corporate website, and the annual report.

01 / Challenge

The interior, envisioned by the designers, stands out with its immaculate geometry and complex interplay of materials (fluted glass, natural wood veneer, and varied leather textures). Our objective was not merely to document the space, but to capture its tactility, depth, and the palpable atmosphere of trust.

02 / MOSS Bureau Solution

We approached the photoshoot as creating a series of fine-art paintings rather than a technical process. We utilized light and retouching as precise instruments to accentuate the rhythm of the fluted glass and to establish a perfect, synergistic balance between the warm wood panels and the cool turquoise glow of the reception backlight.

Meticulous Retouching and Linear Geometry

Drag the slider to experience the contrast with the raw source file (RAW). During post-processing, comprehensive geometric transformation was performed to perfectly align the verticals. We eliminated color fringing caused by bright LED panels, manually cleaned technical sensors, seams, and harsh reflections on the polished marble, and utilized HDR-blending to reveal the profound texture of the wood within the shadows.

[ Frame Specifics ]Setting Up Controlled Ambience Light

The key reception zone features an intricate lighting scenario. To prevent the signature turquoise LED panel from clipping and casting color spills onto the wood panels, we implemented a multi-exposure technique. We calibrated external light sources manually, temporarily controlling the balance to ensure a clean capture of the walls' geometry.

[ Frame Specifics ]Managing Reflections and Retouching

Fluted glass is inherently one of the most challenging materials to photograph. It instantly catches reflections from all studio equipment and can obscure the true depth of the interior. To keep the geometric rhythm of the glass immaculate, we applied a 'light painting' method, selectively illuminating micro-sections of the texture for seamless composite blending during post-production.

Wide perspective and spatial composition of Forte Bank Premier by MOSS Bureau photography

The objective was to provide professional interior photography of the redesigned Forte Bank Premier VIP branch for premium publications and the annual corporate report. The interior features impeccable geometry and complex material compositions, including fluted glass, natural wood veneer, and concealed lighting scenarios.

As visual interpreters, our primary goal was not just to capture the space, but to convey its tactility, depth, and the essence of 'quiet luxury.' We utilized multi-exposure techniques and polarizing filters to eliminate harsh reflections from the glass surfaces, preserving the exquisite balance of textures.
